At night, with the building unoccupied, the dampers open allowing the cool external air to circulate through the building cooling the structure ready for the next day’s occupancy.
The whole system is monitored and controlled by the site wide Trend Building Management System.
The lighting scheme installed utilises highly efficient lamps and luminaires with dimming controls linked to daylight sensors and occupancy sensors in each space. These reduce the levels of artificial light and therefore energy consumed as the available daylight increases and switch off luminaires where rooms are vacated. 1234
